Each build is unique. After your planning deposit is confirmed, you will receive an email and request for meeting to discuss your vision, options, and pricing of your build.
Currently our build list is 2-3 months out. You are purchasing a space on our build list and planning deposit.
Once confirmed custom builds are non-refundable.
Your $100 deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your build.
